Oban breeds naturally in addition to collecting and shipping very well (regularly 1.2-1.3 billion). Clear on all genetic testing, including NCL and ICH-2. His litters have been large, and the pups are smart and biddable, and they got their sire's lovely front and balance. One daughter is being shown with great success.

Oban is out of my GCH Cuddy, and is her second AKC Champion. He is about half way to his GCH, although taking some time off from shows while I have puppies in the house. He had 2 Best 4-6 month Puppy in All-Breed Show wins at just barely 4 months old. As a class dog, he made the cut in large BBE classes at two GRCA Nationals with me on the other end of his lead. He is a moderate dog, with a beautiful straight coat of a darker medium gold. I have loved his fluid movement from the beginning, and he has matured beautifully. Oban is balanced, with a beautiful shoulder assembly and strong, properly angulated rear. He has good bone, but is not at all overdone. My junior often shows him in the breed and juniors rings, and she put his first win on him when he was a puppy. He got his Rally Novice title two days past his nine month birthday with no formal training, and was awarded his first Rally Intermediate leg with almost no training at all a day later. He got very high scores including a 100 on the way to his RI at 14 months, and qualified for the 2020 AKC Rally National Championship in Intermediate.  He got his CD in March 2021, and completed his RE in May 2021. He got his first RE leg with a 100 and an Excellent B class win. Oban is fast and attentive in the Rally ring, and incredibly easy to train.
